		<description><![CDATA[Amazingly she&#039;s right, you don&#039;t have to grease the pan. I was a little skeptical when I made the bread. about not oiling the pan, but I guess it has something to do with the cornmeal and the heat. That is some wonderful bread for almost no effort.]]></description>
